We hope you enjoyed the team's Fall 2021 return to practice as much as we did. Winter break now, and a return to competition in 2022! Until then, best holiday wishes to all . . . .

Below, you'll find links to two videos of Co-Captain Edy Tabor in lessons with Head Coach Jake Pittari. Edy's riding two very differently-experienced horses in these lessons: The bay horse is Lego, an OTTB who last raced in October 2020 before coming to Jake, and is rather green over fences. The grey horse is Shock, who has a great deal of experience over fences. In these videos, you'll hear Jake coaching Edy on Lego with a focus on how best to work with a less experienced horse to help him learn, and coaching Edy on Shock with the focus on their learning and progress as a rider, given Shock's fuller knowledge of the job he's doing. And in both videos, you'll see our Co-Captain doing and outstanding job themself!
Novice Rider Libby Linliu with Diamonds are Forever. We're hoping to see Libby point out once we're back in competition this spring - go, Libby and Diamond, go!
Interrupting the action for some breaking news! The Pratt Equestrian Team has donated the most canned goods to the Athletic Department's varsity challenge Canned-Food Drive. Not just the most cans per roster team member, but the most number of cans overall of any team. We're always proud of this team, both in AND out of the saddle!
